*FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Is available for all YMCA programs and membership. No one is denied participation due to an inability to pay.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Monthly Draft: A convenient way to pay monthly through automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account, or by credit or debit card.
Installment Payment: made in advance using cash, check, credit or debit card. These payments may be made in increments of three, six or 12 month installments.

OUT OF TOWN POLICY:
Due to safety requirements and agreements with other YMCAs, we have established these conditions for our A.W.A.Y. members: We accept you’re A.W.A.Y. membership for full use of our health enhancement programs and activities at no additional charge. You are entitled to the full use of our facilities at no additional charge for up to 5 visits per month. Additional visits require a $5 fee. If members pay additional fees for programs, activities, or services, we will charge you the same. The services are pending verification of your YMCA membership by our Courtesy Counter.

GUEST POLICY:
Guest passes are available free to all adult members. Each local (from 7 county service area) guest is limited to two visits per year. Adult members are asked to either remain with the guest, or accompany the guest into the YMCA and leave their membership card and phone number so that the member may be contacted in case of an emergency. Extended guest passes are available for guests visiting from out of town. An adult member who remains in the facility must accompany youth and teen guest. Youth and Teens are not permitted to bring guests unless an adult member is with them at all times and all guests must register at Courtesy Counter first.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
Membership cancellation requires a minimum of a 30-day written notice or cancellation form. After receiving notification, your electronic fund transfer will be cancelled. Please check your account statement to make sure your electronic fund transfer has been stopped.

GENERAL RULES AND POLICIES:

General Facility Rules:
1. No weapons are permitted on YMCA property or in the YMCA facility.
2. Profanity is strictly prohibited.
3. Shoes and Shirts must be worn while using the YMCA.
4. No “rough Housing” Running is permitted on the track or in the gym. NO bouncing balls except on the gym floor.
5. Abusive language is prohibited
6. Children under 10 years of are must be accompanied by an adult member at all times when using the facility and not attending a registered class.
7. The YMCA is not responsible for lost and stolen items. Cell phones need to be locked up.
8. Appropriate footwear must be worn while using YMCA equipment.
9. Wet swim clothes are allowed only in the pool and locker room areas.
10. Smoking, alcohol, and other non-prescription drugs are not permitted in the YMCA. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on YNCA property.
11. Eating is permitted in lobby vending areas.
12. Personal audio equipment is only allowed with use of headphones.
13. Any other behavior that is deemed to be inappropriate by the YMCA staff will be subject to suspension and or expulsion.
14. Children Must be 13 years of age to use the fitness center/weight room and the Track

General Membership Rules
• Always scan your membership card when entering the facility.
• The Limestone Family YMCA reserves the right to take pictures/video of participants for brochures and marketing purposes. If you prefer that you or your child not be photographed, let us know in writing.
• We recommend that you not bring valuables into the facility; the Limestone Family YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are provided for your convenience, just bring your own pad lock. Cell phone cameras and cameras are strictly prohibited in the locker rooms.

Locker Rooms
• Lockers are available for day use by members and guests. You may bring your own lock and remove it at the end of each visit.
• Always secure your belongings. We recommend that you not bring valuables into the facility; the YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Locker rentals are available for a yearly fee or by monthly bank draft.

Child Supervision
• Children under the age of 10 must be under direct supervision of an adult in all areas of the facility or enrolled in a supervised YMCA program activity. For their safety, children are not permitted in some areas of the fitness facility.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult to and from all YMCA classes. Dropping children under the age of 10 off in front of the building and leaving is not permitted.
• We offer a nursery for children newborn to 10 years of age for parents who are using the YMCA facilities. Members: Free NON-MEMBERS $3.00 per visit

General Pool Rules
• Children under the age 10 must be accompanied by an adult to enter pool.
• Street shoes are not permitted on the pool deck.
• Please shower before entering pool area.
• Appropriate swim attire is required. (i.e. no thong, cut-off shorts/pants, see through bathing or any other revealing swimwear.)
• Diapers are not permitted in the pool. Please use special swimming diapers only, which are available for purchase at our front desk.
• No food, gum or beverages (except plastic water bottles) are allowed on the pool deck.
• Users must read and follow all posted rules and must follow lifeguard and staff instructions when requested.
• Assist young children in making frequent visit to the bathroom to minimize accidents.

General Gym Rules
• Please be considerate of yourself and others
• Anyone under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an Adult
• No food or drink in the gym (plastic water bottles are permitted).
• Please wear only athletic shoes on the gym floor.
• Gym closets are off-limits.

Fitness Rules
• For your safety and to ensure proper use of equipment, orientations are required before using the Fitness Center
• Please respect and help us to keep the facility clean & in good working order. Report any needed repairs to staff.
• Dress appropriately. Proper attire includes workout clothes & sneakers
• The Fitness Center is a privilege for members 13 years of age and older.
• Please wipe down equipment when finished. Towels and spray are available.
• Return weights and bars to their proper racks, and please do not drop weights.
• All free weight lifters are required to use a spotter when needed.
• Group exercise classes are limited in size to insure the safety of participants. Kindly respect this if an instructor informs you that a class is filled.
